WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

Please note that if you are 15 minutes or more late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule. Cancellations or re-scheduling made with less than 12 hours’ notice may attract a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the appointment value.
